Squad Training in Albury-Wodonga region

Each year the Squad Training in Albury-Wodonga region start last week in September and finish after last week in May.

Squad Training Information:

 To join the squad training you do not need to be a member of any club.

 The squad is open to everybody regardless of age, level of fitness, sport backgrounds, abilities and expertise.

 The squad training aims to maximise the time that you dedicate to training sessions and periodise the sessions in order to ensure improvements.

 All the “Squad Sessions” are supervised by accredited coaches. In case a coach is not available the training will go ahead as “Group Sessions” and the activity will be not supervised.

 The squad training gives you opportunities to train in groups and, at the same time, train at your best level. All the sessions will provide a variety of training options in order to fit all participants.

 Before participating in any squad training session, you need to hold one of the training card options.

 The squad train with a fixed training schedule from Monday to Friday and very on the weekend.

 Each weekly day the squad train start at 6:00am in the morning and at 6:00pm in the evening.

Payment has to be made before participating in a squad session.

The preferred method is by direct crediting, otherwise contact us.

How to joining the Squad Training:


1)   Choose your session card from the options and pay your session card before your first session.

2)   Check regularly the squad training page on the squad website (http://www.fab4fitness.com/squadtraining.html). Sessions can change at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or other sport activities.


3)   Meet at the meeting point 5 to 10 minutes before the start of each session.


4)   Come along and enjoy the spirit and share the fatigue. 

Sessions Card Conditions:

Please acknowledge that these Session Cards apply only for undertaking squad training sessions and do not include:

-      venues entry fees (swimming pool, running track, gymnasiums etc),

-      other coaches’ sessions and other non F4F squad training sessions,

-      training camps, ITU training sessions, time trial sessions,

-      club memberships, other clubs’ organised activities.

ALSO note that program packages do not include a squad training card.

NEW SERVICE: FREE One-to-One sessions and Fitness Evaluation Tests.

IMPORTANT :  For every athlete involved in squad training and /or On-Line programs, they will have a few FREE one-to-one sessions and fitness evaluation tests to use during the season.

The time frame available for these FREE one-to-one sessions and fitness evaluation tests are 8:30am to 4:00pm week days and on application, on weekend days.
