Squad Weekly Training in

Albury-Wodonga region October to April

Squad sessions start last week in September and end first week in May


SHOCK TEAM Squad Training Weekly Schedule Albury/Wodonga region: To join the squad training you do not need to be a member of any club. The squad program is used by triathletes, runners or swimmer athletes from different backgrounds, abilities and expertise. The squad is open to everybody regardless of age, level of fitness and ability. The squad training aims to maximise the time that you dedicate to training sessions and periodise the sessions in order to ensure improvements. All the squad sessions are supervised by accredited coaches. The squad training gives you opportunities to train in groups and, at the same time, train at your best level. All the sessions will provide a variety of training options in order to fit all participants. Come along and enjoy the spirit and share the fatigue. Set your goal(s), check the weekly squad sessions, pay your session card and enjoy the training.
